The eCommerce Customer Service Administrator is responsible for providing timely and accurate administrative support to Scope’s eCommerce team and online customers.
Salary: Starting salary of £21,840 with progression as we train you.
Location: Based at Scope’s eCommerce Hub (Westlink business park, Unit 19-20, Guide Street, Salford, M50 1BX)
Permanent - 35 hours per week.
The hub operates from 8am - 8pm, Monday to Sunday.
Flexibility will be required as hours will be worked according to a rota and there will be some evening and weekend work.
The role
The postholder will carry out important administrative tasks such as answering and resolving online customer queries as well as those generated by Scope’s finance and stock management systems.

To be successful in this role you will -
* You will have good interpersonal skills with the ability to build good working relationships at all levels.
* You will possess great attention to detail.
* Have excellent customer service skills.
* You will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel and Teams.
