Description :
Four is seeking a creative, digitally literate senior account manager to work across a dynamic portfolio of clients in Wales. The right candidate will have had a significant number of years’ agency and/or in-house experience.
Applicants will be able to work and communicate effectively in Welsh and English and be able to demonstrate a keen interest and skill in writing for a range of mediums and targeting a variety of audiences in both languages.
You will have an excellent understanding and proven track-record of delivering and implementing digital strategy, be used to working on integrated, multi-channel campaigns and have a strong sense of media appetite and delivery.
You will be working on fully integrated campaigns with various teams across Four, in Wales and the UK, and you will also have the opportunity to get involved in regular new business pitches and have access to internal training schemes.
Strategy
A proven track-record of delivering successful strategic thinking both in the development and implementation of campaign development/annual plans as well as digital and social media strategies.
Client handling
Builds excellent client relationships through demonstration of knowledge and expertise of the relevant sector
Awareness of Welsh political, cultural and sectoral landscape and able to direct a portfolio of clients’ accounts effectively
Content
Proven ability to help develop social content strategies and across various social media channels
Measurement & Evaluation
Evidence of developing KPI frameworks for campaigns exhibiting a strong understanding of campaign measurement
Account manager
Extensive experience in account handling knowledge, strong project/campaign/event management skills, budgeting, planning and people management expertise
Excellent communication skills and ability to express winning ideas clearly and convincingly in meetings and presentations
Team & Mentoring
Strong leadership qualities and ability to motivate a team to exceed client expectations
Excellent team/cross-practice/company-wide communication skills
New business
Experience working on new business pitches, taking briefs and developing creative responses working alongside the senior team
Pitching skills and a proven track record of helping to put together and present pitches
Editorial & media skills
Ability to write effectively and persuasively, producing materials including media press releases, by-lines/thought leadership pieces, corporate media strategies and PR plans
