The National Disabled Police Association is an independent association who promote the benefits of employing Police Staff and Officers. We tackle discrimination by Policy challenges and direct intervention. We advise at a HomeOffice and ACPO level to help change attitudes of managment. Our aim is to making the working lives of disabled staff members more productive and valued by assisting to focus on capabilities rather than disabilities.
