i have had rhuematoid arthritis for around 11yrs i am 35yrs old and have worked for the same employer as a digger driver for 10yrs ,i have to take regular time off for hospital/blood tests and anti tnf treatment my employers are now making people redundant can they make me redundant due to the amount of time i have to take off due to my health?

No they cannot make you redundant for that sadly they can make you redundant if your next in line. Many disabled people are worried about this many have only worked for a few months or years so are top of the list for redundancy sadly being disabled or sick does not mean you cannot be made redundant if your next in line.
