This is an exciting and challenging time to join us as an HR Officer, in our well established HR team based at our Headquarters.
As an experienced Officer, you will work closely with team colleagues across the People and Development function, and managers, to drive through our People Strategy. The ideal candidate will be creative, adaptable and able to engage with the business at all levels. You will contribute to the provision of a high quality and comprehensive HR service; ensuring that HR practice is consistent with statutory provision, area and national policies and recognised good practice.
You will be a member of the CIPD and will have excellent communication skills, be able to manage a high caseload and take a pro-active stance in the day to day management of employee relations issues. Your excellent interpersonal skills will help you to build effective working relationships and establish credibility with colleagues and stakeholders. There will be a requirement for regular travel within the Greater Manchester Area.
