Description :
We are seeking to appoint a School Health Assistant for Herefordshire to be based at Ross Community Hospital To support the School Nurse and be an active member of the team, in all aspects of School Nursing for promotion of health, wellbeing and prevention of ill health within the school population. To assist the School Nurse by providing specialist knowledge, to assess, implement and evaluate delegated and planned episodes of care. To deliver programmes of care in a clinic, home or School setting.
