Description :
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to manage a Locality Team currently centrally based. You will have experience of working with
Adults and Older People and have the skills and knowledge that delivers substantive change in partnership with colleagues and stakeholders.
The post involves responsibility for the day to day delivery of care management services to older people and people with a physical disability, and their carers.
The purpose of the role is to ensure effective services through good management of operations, resources and information to manager a diverse team of fieldwork staff.
